Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings and building long-term customer relationships. You will handle inquiries received through Google, WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and emails and play a crucial role in growing our customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.Understand client needs and propose appropriate service packages.Prepare and follow up on quotations and service proposals.Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and confirm appointments.Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads and past clients.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints or service-related questions.RequirementsProven experience in sales, preferably in facility management, technical services, or cleaning industries.Excellent communication skills in English.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
