About The OpportunityElement is managing a confidential search for a fast-growing business in the weddings and event services industry. Our client helps couples and families navigate one of the most important milestones of their lives by offering expert support across the wedding journey. The business operates in a space where emotion, urgency, trust, service quality, and conversion discipline all matter at the same time. Publicly available information about Easy Wedding highlights a UAE-based wedding agency focused on helping international and interfaith couples with legal, civil, religious, and ceremonial weddings, supported by planners, coordinators, and sales-oriented team members.This role is for a hands-on Sales Manager who can build structure, coach a team, improve conversion, and stay actively involved in selling. It is designed for someone who understands that this is not transactional retail sales and not corporate account management.
