Modernization Sales are considered a strategic priority for our Business to complement our growth plans.We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for our Modernization business to be based in our Dubai UAE this role you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals who thrive to drive offering and sales development strategies and share best practices. If you feel you have what it takes and can add significant value to this role and department then apply for this exciting opportunity!What will you doProactively hunt for new opportunities develop and create customer relationshipsEnsure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE teamDocument and maintain the customer and contact informationAccountable for leads opportunities orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer baseAccountable for finding customer needs and KONEs solution matching those needsResponsible for pricing using the approved tendering toolsMaintain full information of opportunities tasks and visits while keeping CRM up to dateAre you the oneBachelors Degree in any related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Modernization Sales experienceHighly motivated goaloriented diligent organized selfstarter with an orientation towards a high level of customer serviceAbility to interpret and analyze customer needsPassion for sales with a proven track record and a strong customer focusExcellent English communication presentation and negotiation skillsUAE experience is a mustAt KONE we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
