Sales Executive (Outdoor)

We are looking for a target-driven and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in the trading of building materials tiles or paints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and other EmiratesVisit clients consultants contractors and project sites to promote productsUnderstand client requirements and recommend appropriate product solutionsPrepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposalsFollow up on leads negotiate terms and close dealsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsCoordinate with the sales support and inventory teams for order processing and deliveriesMonitor market trends competitor activities and product pricingMaintain accurate records of sales activities and submit timely reports to managementAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirementsBachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related fieldMinimum 34 years of outdoor sales experience in the building materials / construction / paints / tiles industry in the UAEProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent knowledge of local market and customer baseMust possess a valid UAE Driving LicenseStrong negotiation communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated confident and able to work independentlyProficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus Key Skills Business Development,Business,Marketing,Outbound Calls,Product Knowledge,Account Management,Business Solutions,Communication,CRM,Cold calls,Business Relationships,C-Level,Sales Process,Relationship Building,Face-To-Face Meetings Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 6 - 7
