Job Description

ResponsibilitiesCreating customer awareness of Sharaf DG Energy vertical in Dubai marketCreate a business development plan for the financial year and align sales targets, segment timelines, and projects to the extent possible.Ensure a healthy client base and sales pipeline in the assigned segment in Abu Dhabi.Work independently across the entire stages of energy projects: lead generation, BOQ preparation, manufacturer/product selection, commercial proposal, negotiation, submittals, and closure.Map the weekly, monthly & quarterly sales plan and report it to the line manager on a regular basis.Perform market and competition analysis.Maintain a good relationship with potential clients and partner brands.Perform Energy Audit for lighting retrofit projects.Submit bids and respond in a timely manner to RFP enquiries.Attend marketing events related to the line of business.Target SegmentsUtility MarketO&GCommercial new construction projectsESCO & Retrofit marketRequirements3‑5 years of sales experience in MEP supplyElectrical or Electronics Engineering degreeValid UAE driving license with own vehicleAvailability to join immediately or within a maximum 30‑day notice periodProficiency in lighting design software, MS Office, and AutoCAD#J-18808-Ljbffr
