All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.About the RoleThe Digital Delivery / BIM Manager will oversee all digital engineering and Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities for the metro project. This includes strategy development BIM execution planning model coordination data governance and implementation of CDE workflows to ensure effective information management across disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with client and project standardsLead multidisciplinary BIM coordination clash detection and model validation activitiesOversee the setup governance and maintenance of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g. ProjectWise Aconex BIM 360)Ensure consistent model structure LOD naming conventions and data exchange protocolsSupport integration of BIM with asset management quantity take-off and digital twin initiativesRequirementsMSc/BSc in Engineering Architecture or Digital/BIM ManagementMinimum 10 years experience managing BIM and digital delivery in large infrastructure/rail projectsDeep knowledge of ISO 19650 standards PAS 1192 and IFC coordination workflowsProficiency in tools such as Revit Navisworks Civil 3D Dynamo Solibri and CDE platformsExperience in GCC mega-projects is essential; RTA digital delivery experience preferredWhy Join UsAt Surbana Jurong we bring together talent teamwork innovation and a dynamic workplace to solve complex challenges creatively and collaboratively.
