Sales Director EMEA (Telecom)Location: Dubai UAE (Remote / Regional Travel Required)Employment Type: PermanentExperience Level: Senior (1015 years)We are recruiting on behalf of a global telecommunications technology organization seeking a Sales Director EMEA to lead regional business development and drive growth across telecom operators and enterprise customers.This role is ideal for a senior sales leader with a strong background in core telecom platforms mobile infrastructure and enterprise sales who can manage complex deals and build long-term strategic relationships.About the RoleThe Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy managing the full sales lifecycle and expanding market presence across the EMEA region.You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver value-driven solutions and support long-term revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve growth targetsManage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closureSell complex telecom platforms and core network solutions to operators and enterprise clientsBuild and maintain relationships with C-level and senior executivesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the regionTranslate customer requirements into technical and commercial solutionsMeet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsNavigate complex procurement processes and long sales cyclesCollaborate with pre-sales marketing and delivery teamsMonitor market trends competitors and emerging technologiesContinuously refine go-to-market strategiesThese responsibilities reflect the scope defined for the EMEA sales leadership role.Requirements1015 years of experience in telecom sales or business developmentStrong experience selling telecom platforms or core network solutionsExperience selling to Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators MVNOs or CSPsStrong understanding of regional telecom markets and procurement processesProven track record of closing complex enterprise dealsStrong communication and negotiation skillsFluency in English; additional regional languages are a plusAbility to travel across the region as requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience selling packet core voice core or cloud-native telecom solutionsExperience leading cross-functional or regional sales initiativesExperience negotiating CAPEX OPEX or revenue-share commercial modelsHow to ApplyPlease apply with ResumeQualified candidates will be contacted with additional details about the client and next steps.#J-18808-Ljbffr
