In addition, respond to online customersregular enquiries and report the activities to the branch manager.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assisting the sales team and preparing thenecessary sales documents.</li><li>Work out pricing with the sales team and submitquotation on time to the customers and is responsible for preparing the quotations</li><li>Arrange necessary documents to submitted along withthe quotations</li><li>Able to negotiate with the clients satisfactorily&reply to the queries</li><li>Efficiently respond to online telephone calls andreport to the branch managers.</li><li>Responsible to follow up payments with thecustomers in coordination with the sales team.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team and the warehousefor on time delivery to the customer.</li><li>Ability to manage the paperwork effectively.</li><li>Skilled in Microsoft office and company softwareand ability to reply by e-mails to the routine customer enquiries</li><li>Carry out other assignments as directed by thebranch manager</li><li>Perform any other relatedfunction as directed.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><h3>Skills</h3><p>Experience of dealing with customersenquiries</p><p>ENGLISH – Intermediate level required in speaking, reading and writing.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
