Sales Coordinator

Job DescriptionAssist the Sales Manager and distribution partners on sales coordination related mattersCoordinate monthly production orders from distribution partnersCoordinate monthly order allocations and prepare monthly proforma invoices for distribution partners’ production ordersMaintain and update the records of monthly sales reports such as order summary, sales and stocks, order management, sales estimate, monthly sales budget and other sales related monitoringPrepare, update and monitor distribution partners’ order sheets and price lists whenever requiredMonitor shipments of distribution partners’ orders to assure prompt and organized consignments with coordination to the logistics teamMonitor payment records of distribution partners and coordinate the follow-upsCoordinate internally with the production departments and factoriesOther duties may be assigned as necessaryQualifications and SkillsWith relevant graduate or bachelor’s degreeEntry Level – Minimum 1-2 years related experience in Sales Coordination and Customer ServiceEnglish language proficiency a must in written and verbal communicationProficient in MS Office skills (especially in excel) and database softwareExperience in the tyre or automotive industry is an advantageSelf-motivated with ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines with attention to detailsAbility to resolve issues with positive outlookHas good organizational and follow up skills with strong initiativeHas good customer and team relationship skillsFlexible, adaptable, open-minded and a calm demeanorSmart team player, hardworking, confident in carrying out assigned tasks and quick learner#J-18808-Ljbffr
