OverviewThe Senior Director - Core Asset Marketing at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a critical role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our diverse asset portfolio. This position entails overseeing marketing plans that align with Qiddiya's vision of becoming a premier entertainment destination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic marketing and brand management, with a focus on driving customer engagement and maximizing value across all core assets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Qiddiya's core assets to enhance brand visibility and market positioningCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiencesAnalyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing approaches and drive sales performanceOversee the development of promotional materials, digital content, and public relations efforts that support marketing initiativesManage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and return on investmentFoster partnerships with various stakeholders, including government entities, tourism boards, and other relevant organizations, to enhance marketing reachMonitor and evaluate marketing performance against established KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectivesLead and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellenceCollaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Public Relations, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of the marketing strategyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferredProven track record of at least 10 years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership positionExtensive experience in brand management, digital marketing, and consumer engagementStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in the entertainment or tourism industry is a plusBenefitsComprehensive benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
