The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for supporting the sales team with coordination, documentation, and communication with vendors, suppliers, and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage communication with vendors, business partners, and customers.Maintain and update company registrations on various customer/vendor/supplier portals.Operate customer portals and manage data across corporate applications.Manage license and support renewals (e.g., Dell EMC, Cisco, Symantec, Fortinet).Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, RFPs, and tender documentation.Submit tenders and follow up with customers on project statuses.Support business development through cold calling and outreach activities.Handle sales inquiries and assist the sales team with client communications.Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, orders, and cancellations via phone and email.Coordinate meetings and calls with customers, vendors, and suppliers.Request and manage supplier quotations as needed.Requirements2–3 years of relevant experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the IT sector.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and handling customer/vendor portals.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
