<div><h3>What Will You Do</h3><ul><li>Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from the Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services</li><li>Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted</li><li>Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and the Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM</li><li>Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo</li><li>Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships</li><li>Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand</li><li>Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility</li><li>Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts</li><li>Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns</li></ul><h3>What Are We Looking For</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be considered</li><li>Confident in handling calls and making cold calls</li><li>Excellent customer service skills – will never take a "NO" personality</li><li>Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus</li><li>Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage</li><li>Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English.
