Job Description
What Will You DoRespond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from the Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and servicesDo cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once convertedFollow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and the Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRMHandle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demoManage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationshipsCommunicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brandEstablish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibilityWork closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accountsSupport marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaignsWhat Are We Looking ForBachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business courseMinimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be consideredConfident in handling calls and making cold callsExcellent customer service skills – will never take a "NO" personalityPrevious experience in a hospitality environment is a plusExperience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantageMust be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English.
