Job Description

As a Sales Consultant (Wills), your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, guide clients through the processes, providing expert advice and support to ensure a smooth and successful setup, and drive growth for the company.Responsibilities:Analyze client requirements and provide assistance and information on product/service.Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Remain knowledgeable on product/service offered.Pitch new ideas and approach on both the product and clients.Ensure high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 1+ years of extensive experience of working in Consultative Sales.Highly structured and detail oriented.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven performance tracking.Ability to identify win-win opportunities that drive revenue and brand value.Key Behaviours:Highly proactive and results-driven mindset.
