Job Description

We're looking for a battle-tested Sales Manager to lead and scale the sales function for our high-ticket coaching program. You'll own the full sales operation — from managing and developing our closers to driving revenue performance against ambitious targets. This is not an entry-level role. You know high-ticket, you've lived it, and you can coach others to close at the highest level.What You'll OwnLead, manage, and performance-coach a team of high-ticket sales closersOwn the sales pipeline from qualified lead to closed deal, ensuring high conversion rates across all stagesMonitor daily KPIs, call activity, and close rates — and hold the team accountable to themRun weekly team reviews, listen to call recordings, and deliver structured feedbackWork closely with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and pipeline volumeRefine and enforce the sales script, objection-handling framework, and follow-up sequencesRecruit, onboard, and ramp new closers when the team scalesReport directly to founders with clear, data-driven performance updatesWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3–5 years closing or managing high-ticket sales ($5K–$25K+ offers)Proven track record managing a sales team in a coaching, consulting, or info-product businessDeep understanding of consultative selling and premium buyer psychologyStrong call coaching ability — you can listen to a call and immediately identify what cost the closeExperience with CRM systems and sales tracking (Close CRM experience is a plus)Highly organised, data-driven, and proactive — you don't wait to be told there's a problemComfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where things change quicklyCompensationCompetitive base salary + performance-based commissionDirect access to leadership and a voice in how the sales function growsHigh-growth environment with clear progression for the right person#J-18808-Ljbffr
