Our Group employs approximately 2000 people from 41 different nationalities, which contributes to our multicultural and multi-national environment.Emirates Electrical Engineering is a specialized business platform that provides comprehensive turnkey solutions combining development, financing, construction and operation of solar rooftops for commercial and industrial building in the UAE, also a responsive and flexible organization dedicated for the design and construction of turnkey electrical power projects such as High Voltage Substations, Cable Networks and Transmission Lines.Job PurposeH andle technical sales and estimation activities for Control and Relay Panels, LCCHaving good understanding of Protection system, LCC and SCMS systems used in oil & gas, and utility sectorsCoordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirementsPrepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in line with tender requirementsSupport project/tendering, negotiations, and order closure activitiesKey AccountabilitiesAccurate preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and pricingTimely submission of tenders and compliance with specifications and standardsAchieve and support the assigned sales targets and revenue goalsMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfactionMaintain strong relationships with the OEM partner.Provide technical support during pre-bid and post-bid stagesEnsure alignment with internal engineering, procurement, and project teamsValue addition to optimizing the usage of components and make.Team buildingUnderstand customer and utility requirementsCapability developmentOverall program co-ordinationTechnical solutionsCost reductionCustomer supportProject profitabilityResource utilizationTechnical reviewsQuality management and documentationProcess improvementQualificationsMinimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.Experience2-4 years of relevant experience in sales and estimation of CRP, LCC Panels | preferred with UAE market experience | Proven exposure to oil & gas, and utility projects in GCC.Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of protection relays, Control components .Should be capable of reading and understanding the SLD, PLD and specification.Good understanding of tender documents, drawings, and specifications, contract conditionsKnowledge of UAE authority regulations and international standardsSound understanding of UAE authority regulations, including (as applicable): DEWA, ADDC, SEWA,ADCD, TAQA and ADNOCProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation toolsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAt Al Rostamani Group, we seek talented people who work hard to achieve great things.
