In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative cosmetic pharmaceutical products to beauty professionals, dermatologists, and retail outlets across the region.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunitiesConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our cosmetic pharmaceutical lineMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsProvide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and applications to customersStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamicsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materialsAttend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leadsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM softwareManage sales territory effectively, including planning travel and optimizing routes for client visitsProvide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to managementQualificationsProven experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of cosmetic pharmaceutical products and the beauty industryExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsSelf-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skillsFluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plusWillingness to travel within the region as requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordRelevant certifications in cosmetic or pharmaceutical sales are a plusUnderstanding of local beauty and skincare trends in Qatar and the surrounding regionAdditional Informationwe need female 8 + experienced candidates#J-18808-Ljbffr
