OverviewExperienced Sailor – El-Fujairah, UAE. We are currently seeking an experienced Sailor 1st class for a role in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on a ship and hold all relevant certifications and licenses required for the position.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain vessel equipment, including engines, navigation systems, and safety equipmentFollow navigational charts and directions to ensure safe passage of the shipMonitor weather patterns and adjust course as neededCommunicate effectively with other crew members and the captainPerform routine maintenance tasks on deck and in the engine roomEnsure compliance with all safety protocols and regulationsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Sailor on a shipValid Sailor 1st class certification or equivalentValid STCW Basic Safety Training certificationProficiency in English language (fluency in Arabic is preferred)Good physical stamina to handle long hours at sea and heavy equipmentAbility to work well in a team environmentCompensationSalary: $1600 per month (negotiable depending on experience)Additional InformationThis is a full-time position with no accommodation provided.
