This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals/Account Managers who enjoy owning the entire sales process - from prospecting through to close but building strong relationships that drive client success along the way.</p><p>If you're a proactive, high‑energy seller who loves autonomy and thrives in a target-driven environment, this opportunity will speak to you.</p><h3>💼<b>The Role</b></h3><p>The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and managing a full 360 sales cycle - identifying prospects, showcasing the product, guiding decision makers through the value proposition, and closing deals.</p><ul><li><b>Outbound Prospecting:</b>Identify key stakeholders within target companies and initiate high-quality conversations.</li><li><b>Platform Demonstrations:</b>Book and deliver engaging demos (virtual or face-to-face) that clearly illustrate product value.</li><li><b>Full Cycle Deal Ownership:</b>Manage your pipeline from first contact through to signature - handling objections, nurturing decision makers, and driving momentum.</li><li><b>Pipeline Management:</b>Maintain accurate, detailed records in CRM tools while forecasting confidently.</li><li><b>Customer Insights:</b>Relay market feedback to product teams to support continuous improvement and feature development.</li><li><b>4+ years of sales or account management experience</b>, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech.</li><li>Strong<b>English communication skills,</b>Arabic fluency is a significant advantage.</li><li>Proven ability to explain and sell<b>software platforms</b>to business decision makers.</li><li>A proactive, self‑starting approach - comfortable with heavy outbound activity.</li><li>Strong organisational and pipeline management skills using<b>CRMs and sales enablement tools</b>.</li><li>Confident, personable communicator who builds trust quickly.</li><li>A<b>consultative seller</b>who positions ROI, solves problems, and builds long-term partnerships - not transactional pitches.</li><li>Competitive, resilient, and positively motivated by exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Prior industry experience in<b>hospitality, fintech or travel SaaS</b>is a major plus.</li><li>Thrives in fast‑moving, evolving environments where processes are still being shaped.</li></ul><h3>🎯<b>Who This Role Suits</b></h3><p>This is a standout opportunity for junior-mid-level SaaS sales professional who wants complete ownership of their pipeline, the freedom to build their book of business, and the ability to make a visible impact in a growing tech company.
