الوصف الوظيفيPosition: Rolling Stock Overhaul SupervisorNo. of Positions: 1 NoLocation: QEC – Qatar Education CityContract Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day / 6 Days per WeekReporting Line: Program ManagerDivision: Rolling Stock – MobilityJob SummaryThe Rolling Stock Overhaul Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the overhaul team to deliver the daily production plan for rolling stock components including bogies, couplers, gangways, doors, HVAC, and other related systems. The role ensures that all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and approved maintenance instructions while driving productivity, quality, and team development.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:Minimum 5–8 years experience in rolling stock maintenance or similar industrial environment.Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory/leadership role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good knowledge of IT systems and maintenance software.Strong planning and organizational skills.Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred:Technical knowledge of rolling stock overhaul practices.Engineering ONC / Diploma or equivalent qualification.Basic understanding of continuous improvement principles.Key Responsibilities1 Rolling Stock Component OverhaulLead and supervise overhaul and repair activities of bogies, couplers, gangways, doors, HVAC, and other rolling stock components.Ensure overhaul activities are carried out in accordance with industry standards and approved maintenance instructions.Deliver daily production targets as per operational requirements.Produce and review complex analytical technical reports.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians.Support depot incident response when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
