Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional with strong technical knowledge in industrial shutdown, maintenance, and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing contracts, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in heavy industries such as oil & gas, steel, aluminum, and marine sectors.Identify and develop new business opportunities in shutdown and maintenance projects across heavy industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including oil & gas, steel, aluminum, and marine sectors.Lead the tendering and bidding process, including preparing technical and commercial proposals.Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service agreements with clients and vendors.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and operations) to ensure project feasibility and execution alignment.Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure client expectations are met.Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline, and market trends.Work independently to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s footprint in the shutdown & maintenance sector.Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.Key Skills & RequirementsStrong client network in oil & gas, steel, aluminum, and marine industries.Proven ability to secure industrial contracts and manage large-scale projects.Knowledge of tendering procedures, commercial negotiations, and contracts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and perform under pressure to meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
