We value employees and foster a positive, supportive work environment.Job OverviewAs a full‑time Roller Operator, you will operate and maintain roller machines to compact and level materials on construction sites. You will collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure all surfaces meet project specifications and safety protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate roller machines to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials.Inspect and maintain roller equipment for safe and efficient operation.Communicate with the construction team to determine appropriate compaction methods for different materials.Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired compaction levels.Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on roller machines as needed.Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance.Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience operating roller machines in a construction setting.Valid roller operator license or certification.Strong understanding of construction materials and compaction techniques.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Excellent hand‑eye coordination and physical dexterity.Good communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.Work for UsAs a full‑time employee, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
