Risk Manager

We are looking for a Risk & Business Continuity Manager to support the management of operational and strategic risks, and ensure business continuity readiness in line with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements, within a fast-growing fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct periodic risk assessments across company operations and material changes.Maintain and update the Risk Register and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).Support defining and monitoring the company’s Risk Appetite.Prepare clear and concise risk reports for senior management.Monitor operational, technology, and third-party risks.Support compliance with SAMA requirements and internal policies.Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA).Ensure readiness to respond to disruptions and incidents.Promote risk awareness across the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.4–7 years of experience in Risk Management or Business Continuity.Preferably within fintech or financial services.Relevant professional certifications are a plus.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
