Senior Manager - FP&A

This role is responsible for managing all activities related to budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The job holder will ensure the effective implementation of budgeting processes, timely reporting, and strategic financial support to key business stakeholders. A strong understanding of real estate finance and hands‑on experience with tools like Hyperion and Power BI are essential.Client DetailsOur client is a locally based titan within the real estate industry.DescriptionBudgeting and ForecastingLead the development and finalisation of annual budgets and schedules in EPBCS, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business strategyConsolidate business plans and coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure timely budget executionLiaise with senior leadership and Business Development to prepare project‑level cash flows (sales, CAPEX, collections, etc.)Monitor and analyse project‑level cash flows, identify risks, and propose cost optimisation measuresSupport in reviewing provisions, legal matters, IFRS 9 workings, international entities, and quarterly reporting submissionsAssist in the clearance pack and quarterly GRP review in coordination with statutory reporting teamsReports, Systems and ToolsMaintain control over Hyperion Budgeting software and ensure budgets are monitored and reported accuratelyImplement and improve financial policies and procedures related to budgeting, MIS, and statutory reportingDevelop dashboards and financial forecasts to track ongoing project performanceCreate policies and templates for effective financial reporting and controlDrive continuous improvements across financial planning and reporting systemsSupport internal stakeholders with ad‑hoc financial analysis and data‑driven insightsProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification preferredMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in corporate finance, budgeting and reporting within the real estate sectorDeep understanding of real estate accounting, financial modelling, and regulatory requirementsStrong experience using Hyperion, EPBCS, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance‑driven environmentStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsJob OfferOpportunity to work with one of Dubai's most reputable and established real estate groups.
