Employment Type: Contract (Payroll managed through our partnering firm - Prime Innovation)We are currently seeking an experienced Rigging Instructor to deliver technical training programs in Rigging and Lifting Operations for a training project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and practical training in Rigging and Lifting OperationsConduct competency-based training and trainee assessmentsDevelop and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercisesSupport development of written and practical tests for training programsEnsure workshop and training equipment are suitable for practical trainingDeliver technical presentations and support continuous improvement of training programsRequirementsMinimum 5+ years industrial experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Power Generation, or Heavy IndustryStrong experience in rigging and lifting operationsGood communication and training skills for classroom and practical sessionsProficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentationPreferredAssociate or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Technical or related fieldTraining or teaching experienceCertifications such as LEEA, OPITO, NCCCO, or IADC in Rigging / Lifting OperationsInstructor / Assessor accreditation in Rigging or Lifting Programs#J-18808-Ljbffr
