The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes materials and industry standards. They should be able to work independently manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines.While experience is valuable we are also open to considering talented individuals with less experience who demonstrate a strong aptitude for the role.Main Responsibilities:Permanent Merchandising:Manage new furniture production / renovations ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Oversee project logistics across the GCC: shipping customs mall permits and installations.Coordinate with suppliers distributors and internal stakeholders for smooth .Liaise with retailers for fixture relocations when requiredMaintain counter fixtures and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.Maintain a comprehensive database of unit information.Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met.Cost Optimization and Budget Management:Obtain quotations raise POs and track project budgets.Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.Assist in building and managing the VM budget.Profile:Essential Skills:Strong project management and organizational skillsUnderstanding of production processes and materialsAbility to read technical drawings and specificationsExperience working with suppliers and manufacturersExcellent communication skills both written and verbalProficiency in EnglishPreferred Skills:Knowledge of design software (Photoshop AutoCAD)Experience in the beauty industryA degree in a relevant fieldA valid drivers license#J-18808-Ljbffr
