Job Description - Restaurants Sales Manager - Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers (HOT0CB9Y)Job DescriptionJob Number:Work LocationsConrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers Etihad Towers West Corniche Abu DhabiDepartment: Food & Drinks (F&D) AdminReports To: Director of Commercial / Director of F&DRole PurposeThe Restaurants Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across restaurant outlets by proactively generating business, managing key accounts, developing partnerships, and positioning the restaurants as preferred dining venues. The role focuses on corporate dining, group bookings, social events, and strategic collaborations while supporting brand visibility and guest loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and develop new business opportunities for restaurant dining, group bookings, and eventsDrive sales for corporate lunches/dinners, social gatherings, celebrations, and buy-outsManage and grow a portfolio of corporate and individual clientsAchieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business plansTake full ownership of social events, group dining, private functions, and restaurant buy-outs, actively driving demand and conversion across all food and beverage venues.Proactively develop and manage excursion, tour operator, and DMC-driven F&B business, creating structured offers and menus to capture group and leisure traffic.Design and implement event-led and group dining packages aligned with seasonal demand, cultural periods, and outlet capacity to maximize revenue and utilization.Collaborate closely with Hotel Sales, Concierge, Front Office, and Guest Relations teams to convert in-house guests, groups, and external leads into restaurant dining and events.Manage the event and group sales pipeline for restaurants, from lead generation to confirmation and operational handover, ensuring strong conversion, profitability, and guest satisfaction.Account Management & PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, event planners, and local partnersNegotiate contracts, menus, and pricing in collaboration with Culinary and Operations teamsDevelop strategic partnerships to increase footfall and brand exposureMarketing & Brand PositioningWork closely with Marketing and F&B teams to promote seasonal offers, promotions, and special eventsSupport digital and social media initiatives by contributing sales-driven content and campaignsRepresent the restaurant(s) at networking events, trade shows, and industry functionsF&D Reservations ManagementOversee the F&B Reservations team, ensuring efficient handling of all restaurant reservations, group dining inquiries, and special event bookingsEnsure reservation standards, response times, and guest communication align with brand and service expectationsWork closely with Restaurant Managers to manage availability, special requests, VIP bookings, and large partiesAnalyze reservation trends, demand patterns, and booking data to support sales strategies and forecastingLead, coach, and develop the F&B Reservations team to deliver consistent service excellenceSet clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with overall sales and revenue goalsCoordination & Operations SupportAct as the main point of contact for restaurant-related sales inquiriesEnsure seamless handover of confirmed business to Operations teamsFollow up on guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction and repeat businessReporting & AnalysisTrack sales performance and prepare regular reports on revenue, market trends, and opportunitiesMaintain accurate records in CRM and sales systemsAnalyze market competition and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edgeQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B sales, restaurant sales, or hospitality salesExperience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants preferredProven track record of achieving sales targetsFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageKey Performance IndicatorsNumber of new accounts securedRepeat business and client retentionGuest satisfaction related to sales-driven bookingsReservations conversion rateResponse time and accuracy of reservations handlingGuest satisfaction related to booking experienceWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
