We're opening a premium gym at Mazyad Mall, and the cafeteria & juice bar will be a major part of the member experience. This is not just a counter job — we're looking for someone who can run it like a business inside the business.Role: Cafeteria & Juice Bar SupervisorYou will be fully responsible for managing and growing the café operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily cafeteria and juice bar operationsManage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordinationMonitor product quality, hygiene, and presentation standardsSupervise and train café staffDrive sales and upsell healthy productsControl wastage and maintain profitabilityEnsure smooth POS operations and daily sales reportingCreate and introduce new menu ideas aligned with a fitness-focused environmentWe're Looking For Someone Who:Has proven experience managing a café, juice bar, or F&B outletUnderstands stock management and cost controlIs strong in leadership and team supervisionIs sales-driven and customer-focusedCan take ownership — not wait for instructionsUnderstands the fitness market (big advantage)What Matters To UsWe want someone who treats this like their own outlet.
