The ideal candidate will support all departments with administrative and clerical tasks while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily shifts and ensure the restaurant is running smoothly under the management's guidance.Perform clerical and administrative duties, including staff scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting.Ensure that food quality, hygiene standards, and Syrian hospitality traditions are consistently maintained.Assist in various departments (Front of House & Back of House) whenever needed to ensure seamless service.Requirements2 to 3 years of experience in the F&B industry (Supervisor level).Fluent in English (good in communication).Ability to manage 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.Strong clerical and organizational skills with a "hands-on" approach to support all departments.Air Ticket: Provided every 2 years.Growth: Opportunity to grow within a dynamic Syrian Shawarma concept.#J-18808-Ljbffr
