If you thrive in fast-paced, luxury hospitality settings and love leading from the floor, this role is for you.About the RoleAs a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader within our front‑of‑house team, ensuring smooth daily operations, impeccable service standards, and a warm, refined atmosphere across our venues. You’ll support the F&B Manager, coach and motivate the team, and play an active role in shaping memorable dining experiences for our members and guests.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily restaurant operations and support the front‑of‑house team on the floorDeliver exceptional service and handle guest feedback with professionalismSupport menu updates, promotions, and special eventsMaintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and serviceCoach, train, and motivate team members through daily guidanceEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standardsWhat Skills & Qualifications Are Required2–3 years’ experience in luxury restaurants, resorts, or private clubsStrong knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operationsConfident communicator with a positive, professional attitudeHands‑on leader who enjoys training and supporting teamsKnowledge of HACCP and food safety standardsAbility to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
