About the job Restaurant Manager-Russian speakingOur client is looking for a Restaurant Manager for a Georgian restaurant in Dubai.What will you do?Control profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsSet an example in terms of service, products, and guidance of the team that reflects the conceptCo-ordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of serviceManage and oversee the handling of guests, recommendation of food and beverage items, taking orders, and processing and presentation of guest billsCommunicate any comments, complaints, and suggestions relating to the operation to the F&B DirectorEnsure the proper handling of all equipment as well as its cleanliness and state of maintenanceUtilize the guest feedback to improve service standards and create and maintain a guest history fileEnsure that all bills have been closed off at the end of the day and ensure each cash-up is completeConduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the restaurant teamWhat are we looking for?A degree in hospitality management or a relevant fieldPrior experience in lifestyle/upscale venues is a MUST#J-18808-Ljbffr
