ResponsibilitiesConsistently offer professional friendly and engaging serviceEnsure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customersEnsure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly quarterly and yearly basisSolicit group and banquet business through action plan preparation and executionEstablish parameters quotes and negotiate prices confirming by written contractsParticipate in tradeshows conventions and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizationsMaintain accounts contact activity and business details within the appropriate software applicationsWork closely with Catering and Front Office to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfiedPrepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reportsBalance operational administrative and client needsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious Leisure Sales experience required preferably in a luxury hotel in the UAEComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or relevant computer applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent communication skills both written and verbal requiredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible organized & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional InformationWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
