As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all areas of the restaurant including front of house, kitchen, and barTrain and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standardsMonitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levelsCreate schedules for staff that meet business needs while adhering to labor budgetDevelop marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customersHandle customer complaints or concerns in a professional mannerEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectivelyKnowledge of food cost control techniques and inventory managementAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSalaryWe are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with other benefits such as housing allowance, transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave.If you are passionate about the restaurant industry and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you!
