OverviewHotel Manager – Indian National, Doha, QatarWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Doha, Qatar. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will also manage the hotel's budget, implement policies and procedures, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departmentsDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costsCreate and maintain a positive work environment for all staff membersManage the hotel's budget and ensure financial targets are metEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresConduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide training opportunitiesMonitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptlyCollaborate with sales teams to drive business growth through marketing initiativesOversee recruitment, training, development, scheduling, and performance evaluations for all staff membersRequirementsIndian national preferred with excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environmentBachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is requiredStrong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a diverse teamExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of hotel operations including front office systems (Opera), housekeeping standards (HACCP), food & beverage operationsMust have own visa in QatarBenefitsThe salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
