Restaurant Manager vacancy in Doha QatarRestaurant Manager - Doha, Qatar (Contract)A popular restaurant in Doha is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and manage a team of employees. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operationsManage and train staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfactionCreate schedules, coordinate staff shifts, and handle payrollMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededDevelop and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize profitsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsHandle customer feedback and resolve any issues that may ariseCollaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specialsConduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and address any concernsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a teamExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsKnowledge of food safety regulations and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSalaryThe salary for this contract position is 1000 USD per month.LocationThis job is located in Doha, Qatar.
