Restaurant Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan QatarIndian Restaurant Manager in Al-Rayyan, QatarWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgetingTrain and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policiesOversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are metHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurantDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityCollaborate with management team to create menus and promotional offersMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededConduct regular performance evaluations for staffRequirementsProven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting (minimum 3 years)Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staffStrong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural preferencesExperience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniquesExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)Knowledge of food safety regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailSalaryThis is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1400$.
