Part-time Concierge for Indian Expats in Al-RayyanWe are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to assist with the needs of our Indian expat community in Al-Rayyan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating a smooth and enjoyable experience for our residents.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly and professional mannerAssist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accuratelyRespond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in person, via phone, or emailCoordinate transportation for residents as neededMake reservations for dining, events, and other activities as requested by residentsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby areaMonitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authoritiesAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phonesRequirements:Must be an Indian national living in Al-Rayyan or nearby areasFluency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer serviceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset but not requiredAdditional Details:Salary: $900 per month (part-time)Accommodation: Provided by the companyIf you have a passion for helping others and creating a welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
