On a day-to-day basis these roles will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as the maintenance of high production, productivity, quality, customer-service and people standards.**Job Requirements:*** A minimum of 5 years of full-service, fine or casual dining restaurant management experience.* Experience within homegrown brands will be highly desirable.* Relevant restaurant and/or hospitality management educational qualifications.* Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.* A proven track record of meeting set targets.* A-grade customer orientation & service skills.* Extensive knowledge of the F&B industry, regional best practices and management techniques.* Sharp financial management skills and commercial acumen to build and drive business and revenue strategies.* Coaching & mentoring skills.* Strong leadership and people development skills.* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.**What We Offer:*** A supportive and friendly team.* Career growth opportunities.* Competitive salary and benefits.EN#J-18808-Ljbffr
