As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining facilities, and driving profitability.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to increase resort revenue and profitabilityManage all aspects of guest services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionOversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff membersMaintain the cleanliness and maintenance of all resort facilitiesMonitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are metCreate and maintain relationships with local businesses and communities for partnerships and promotionsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industryExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills also preferred)Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectivelyAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory managementExperience working in a luxury resort or hotel is highly desirableThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resort Manager to join our team in Hafr al Batin.
