Resort Manager

Resort Manager vacancy in Hafr al Batin Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking a talented and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with previous experience in managing a resort or hotel. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of staff.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverageDevelop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenueTrain and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are metMonitor budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are achievedCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the resortMaintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for procurement needsHandle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with all safety and health regulationsQualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort or hotel settingStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyExcellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfactionKnowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control principlesFluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)Must be willing to relocate to Hafr al Batin, Saudi ArabiaWe welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities who meet the above requirements.
