Resident Engineer - Systems (EOI)

JASARA PMC is actively inviting Expressions of Interest for the position of Resident Engineer (Systems) - Rail. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the systems aspect of rail construction projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in rail systems engineering and project management, enabling them to contribute effectively to significant infrastructure developments in Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee rail systems installation and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate the integration of rail systems with civil and electrical components.Conduct regular inspections, assessments, and testing of rail systems to ensure operational safety and compliance with relevant standards.Review project documentation, including designs, plans, and specifications, addressing any issues or discrepancies identified.Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate project delivery and resolve technical challenges.Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, performance, and any issues that may arise.Implement best practices in project management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 15 years of experience in rail systems engineering or related fields, with a track record of successful project management.Strong knowledge of rail systems, signaling, and safety protocols.Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project environments.Familiarity with project management software and tools.Professional certifications related to rail systems engineering are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.Be part of a collaborative and supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
