In this role, you will serve as the on‑site engineering representative, overseeing the construction and quality assurance of bridge structures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in structural engineering, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex construction activities while ensuring compliance with design specifications and local building codes.Conduct daily site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved design drawings, specifications, and quality standardsAnalyze structural components and construction methodologies to verify compliance with engineering plans and safety requirementsPrepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and construction recordsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actionsPerform quality control testing and verification of materials, concrete strength, steel reinforcement, and structural connectionsReview and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction schedules for structural elementsIdentify and document any deviations from design specifications and recommend appropriate solutionsMaintain organized records of all site activities, test results, and correspondence related to the bridge structures packageCommunicate technical findings and project status updates to project management and stakeholdersEnsure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements in Saudi ArabiaQualificationsMinimum 12 years of professional experience as a resident engineer or site engineer on bridge or major structural projectsStrong knowledge of structural design principles, bridge engineering, and construction methodologiesProficiency with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or equivalent toolsAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) softwareComprehensive understanding of structural design codes, construction standards, and quality assurance protocolsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyDemonstrated experience in site supervision, quality control, and construction managementProfessional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification in structural engineering (preferred)Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes and local construction regulations (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsProficiency in technical report writing and documentation#J-18808-Ljbffr
