Senior Proposal&Estimation Engineer

<div><ul><li>Key technical-commercial responsible for managing the subcontractor’s bid process for complex projects.</li><li>Develop and analyze RFPs/RFQs for subcontracting works.</li><li>Develop comprehensive technical solutions, analyze accurate cost estimates, and support competitive proposals.</li></ul><h3>Role&Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead, manage and review of estimation and proposal deliverables, ensuring 100% compliance with client tender schedules and mandatory requirements.</li><li>Supporting for new proposal by providing inputs on subcontractor rates includes Floating RFQ’s, Clarification, negotiation, preparation of CBE etc.</li><li>Oversee the issuance of RFQs, conduct rigorous Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), and manage Commercial Bid Evaluations (CBE) to ensure cost accuracy.</li><li>Drive the development of comprehensive technical and commercial documentation from subcontractors, including detailed cost breakdowns, execution plans, and risk registers.</li><li>Co-ordination with Samsung E&A Seoul office proposal team, Construction&Project team. Prepare detailed technical clarifications and act as the primary liaison between construction partners and internal responsible teams.</li><li>Develop and review proposal strategies internally and with joint venture partners to maximize win probability and mitigate project risks.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Project, Construction) to align project estimates with current market benchmarks and site conditions.</li><li>Evaluating workload of all subcontractors, conducting subcontractor’s surveys etc.</li><li>Management reporting through daily, weekly or biweekly report.</li></ul><h3>Education:</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline.</p><h3>Experience:</h3><ul><li>Min. 10 years of experience in proposal engineering and tendering, specifically within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector.</li><li>Aramco Background: Extensive hands-on experience with Saudi Aramco projects, including familiarity with construction requirements and GIs (General Instructions).</li></ul><h3>Skills&knowledge:</h3><ul><li>Ability to communicate effectively, confidently.</li><li>Should have good influence, networking skills.</li><li>Must have excellent skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT).</li><li>Must have skills on report writing.</li><li>Should have good knowledge on construction industry and business process.</li><li>Aramco, Sabic and other KSA’s major Client’s experience.</li></ul><h3>Language Skills Required:</h3><ul><li>Fluent in English&Arabic both written and spoken.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
