Job Description
As a Reservations Specialist you will be working in our flagship hotel in the HUB. Passionate about guests service responsible for providing a quality end to end service for all reservations segments often working with repeat guests and building rapport with them through their bookings.What will I be doingWorking within a team to answer all calls and emails following the brand standardsProvide exceptional customer services and effectively and professionally manage all reservations for guestsBook and manage reservations through the reservations systemQualify and generate Sales Leads for the sales team to acquire new clientsEnsure that the system and booking documentation are accurate and up to dateConfigure rates in Opera PMS system basedRequirementsPossess guest service skills and excellent communication skillsDetailed & Customer service orientatedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to handle multitude of tasks in an intense ever changing environment while remaining calm collective and accurateAble to type 25 words per minuteComputer literacy in Windows MS Office Suite CRS systems is an added advantageAdvanced English languageExperienceYou will be likely to have minimum of one year experience in Reservation department of a branded hotelHigh School Diploma preferredBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, accommodation, transportation, medical insurance which includes dental, air tickets and hours which offer you a work life balance.Along with this we have many examples of how those that work with us have grown and developed their career throughout our company.
