We specialize in corporate structuring, payment infrastructure, and onboarding across multiple jurisdictions.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Client Onboarding & PSP Operations Manager to take full ownership of the client onboarding process — from document collection to successful PSP and bank approvals.This role is highly operational and requires someone who understands how PSPs work, knows how to navigate onboarding challenges, and can proactively push processes forward.TasksOwn the onboarding lifecycleLead end-to-end onboarding of new clientsCollect, review, and organize KYC/KYB and corporate documentationEnsure files are complete, structured, and submission-readyManage PSP & bank relationshipsCommunicate directly with PSPs, banks, and vendorsSubmit onboarding applications and manage the full processHandle follow-ups, objections, and additional requirementsCompliance & structuring alignmentUnderstand PSP onboarding expectations and requirementsWork with internal teams to align corporate structures accordinglyRespond effectively to compliance-related queriesDrive executionTrack onboarding progress across multiple clientsIdentify blockers and solve them proactivelyContinuously improve onboarding processes and workflowsRequirementsStrong experience working with PSPs / payment providersSolid understanding of:Corporate structures & entitiesKYC / KYB processesBank / PSP onboarding flowsExperience in at least one of the following industries:ForexProp Trading (Prop Firms)Gaming / iGamingExperience communicating with banks and PSPs (handling queries, objections, follow-ups)Fluent English (written and spoken)Based in the EU (Cyprus preferred)Experience with:Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)CRM systemsHighly organized with strong attention to detailWhat We’re Looking For:Proactive and solution-driven mindsetStrong communicator who can confidently handle external partnersHands-on operator who takes ownership and pushes things forwardAbility to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneouslyNice to Have:Basic compliance knowledge (AML, risk, onboarding standards)Experience working with high-risk industriesFamiliarity with multi-jurisdictional setupsBenefitsHigh-impact role with full ownershipWork closely with global PSPs and financial partnersFlexible remote setup (EU-based)Fast-paced, execution-driven environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
