Registered Nurse: Cross-Division Clinical Care&Growth

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support clinical operations, and contribute to patient safety, education, and overall service excellence in line with regulatory and organizational standards.</p><p>This role may involve deployment across<strong>clinical sites, academic health settings, and company-operated healthcare facilities</strong>, depending on operational needs.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li><p>Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with approved clinical guidelines and policies</p></li><li><p>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans</p></li><li><p>Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate medical team</p></li><li><p>Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</p></li><li><p>Support infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams</p></li><li><p>Support academic, training, or clinical activities as required by the assigned division</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with<strong>Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi</strong>regulations and company standards</p></li></ul>Qualifications&Requirements<ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Valid<strong>DHA Registration -</strong>to be converted to DOH</p></li><li><p>Minimum<strong>2 years of clinical nursing experience</strong>(hospital, clinic, or academic health setting preferred)</p></li><li><p>Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work across different divisions and clinical environments as required</p></li><li><p>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)</p></li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li><p>Exposure to multiple specialties (medical-surgical, outpatient, community health, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Experience working in the UAE healthcare system</p></li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li><p>Competitive salary and benefits package</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to work across diverse healthcare settings</p></li><li><p>Professional development and continuous learning opportunities</p></li><li><p>Supportive and collaborative work environment</p></li><li><p>Career growth within a multi-division healthcare organization</p></li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
