<p><strong>Overview<br><br></strong>The Service Line Manager is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of assigned clinical services within the hospital. The role works in close partnership with clinical and operational leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality, efficient, and patient‑centred service delivery across the care continuum<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide operational and strategic oversight for assigned hospital service lines across outpatient and inpatient settings</li><li>Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and allied health teams to align clinical services with hospital objectives</li><li>Lead service planning, capacity optimization, and performance improvement initiatives</li><li>Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficient patient flow, quality outcomes, and positive patient experience</li><li>Develop and manage service line budgets, monitor financial performance, and support cost‑effective use of resources</li><li>Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators related to quality, access, productivity, and service growth</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards</li><li>Support service development, expansion, or optimization initiatives in line with hospital strategy</li><li>Coordinate with corporate and support functions including finance, HR, supply chain, IT, and facilities</li><li>Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in collaboration with clinical leaders</li><li>Prepare service line reports, dashboards, and presentations for hospital leadership and governance forums<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Nursing</li><li>10 years post registration nursing experience</li><li>Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare operations or service line management within a Peri-operative/ Operating Room setting</li><li>Master’s degree in healthcare management or business administration is preferred</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
