Ltd (Doka) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced<b>RegionalHighrise Project Manager</b>to lead and manage our ongoing and upcoming Highrise projects in Saudi Arabia.</p><p>If you are passionate about delivering excellence, driven to succeed, and eager to grow professionally, this could be your next big career move. If you are looking to work for a reputed international company within a multicultural team and to be part of a company recognized as a Great Place to Work, this position is an exciting opportunity for you.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Working as Project Manager for Highrise projects</li><li>You are the main point of contact to the customer</li><li>Accountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects, and engineering teams</li><li>Provides strong leadership, technical direction and ensures that team members are continually trained in Formwork systems</li><li>Determines and plans technical solutions for Highrise projects</li><li>Supports the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs (economically and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines) from the project design stage to project inception and completion</li><li>Provides analysis and design/price calculations as required and monitors conformance with contractual guidelines</li><li>Project coordination/management regarding projects and daily business</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification</li><li>Experience with Auto CAD 2D</li><li>At least 5 years of intensive experience in Highrise projects</li><li>Master’s degree in management is preferable</li><li>Solid communication skills in English (Preferable Arabic speaker as well)</li><li>Minimum 10 years of project management experience.</li><li>Proven track record managing projects in formwork&scaffolding industry.</li><li>Experience leading cross‑functional or international teams.</li><li>Background in industry‑specific projects (Mainly High‑rise)</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience within ME‑Countries (Preferable Saudi Arabia).</li></ul><h3>Your Benefits will be:</h3><ul><li>Dynamic working environment where teamwork, innovation, and personal development are valued.</li><li>Training and continuous development of employees to maintain a high level of expertise and competitiveness, as well as opportunities for advancement</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
