Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the construction industry (GCC Experience Required).The PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office for large-scale construction and electrical projects, The role requires extensive experience in construction companies, strong project governance, and proven expertise in planning, monitoring, and controlling complex projects.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey AccountabilitiesEstablish and maintain PMO standards, procedures, and reporting frameworks for construction and electrical projects.Monitor project performance, schedule, budget, and resource allocation across multiple projects.Provide strategic support and reporting to senior management and project directors.Ensure compliance with project governance, risk management, and quality standards.Facilitate project prioritization, portfolio management, and decision-making processes.Mentor and coordinate project managers and teams to optimize project delivery.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , or related field (Master’s preferred).15+ years of experience in project management / PMO roles within construction companies.Hands-on experience working with construction contracting companies is essential.Strong experience of project management methodologies, planning, and reporting tools.Experience managing large teams and multiple concurrent projects.PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
