For additional information, visit www.trendmicro.comPosition OverviewThe Regional Account Manager (RAM) for UAE/Dubai focuses on proactively building new clients and growing assigned territories by working closely with Technical, Channel Partner, and Marketing teams to formulate selling strategies and campaigns—building trusted relationships with customers and their senior representatives. The Regional Account Manager is accountable for achieving and overachieving sales targets to contribute to the sales performance of the assigned region. The Regional Account Manager serves as the trusted advisor, articulating and promoting Trend Micro’s value proposition and services to customers.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to drive the adoption of Trend Micro technologies and servicesIncrease market share in the defined territory by developing market strategies for each product and serviceUnderstand the assigned territory and connect with CIO/CISO to create and grow opportunitiesCollaborate with relevant stakeholders (Pre‑Sales, Marketing and Sales Head) to present the right value proposition to Channel CEO and associated sales and technical teamsAchieve revenue goals per quarter in line with BU objectivesDevelop relationships with ecosystem alliances or technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Google)Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR and security platforms such as SIEM and SOAR can be an added advantageDocument and maintain all account information in Salesforce to support opportunity management, accurate revenue forecasting, and account planningCommunicate relevant information to stakeholders to facilitate decision‑makingBuild and maintain client contacts and relationships by understanding clients’ business and requirementsConsult customers on cybersecurity initiatives and drive continuous engagement from demos through post‑implementation supportLead and support any client meetings or callsParticipate in account review meetings to discuss customer experience, service performance, and future opportunities for CVPSecondary ResponsibilitiesExpose to both end‑customer environments and channelsSell value to CIO and manage complex multiple‑customer scenarios showcasing technical and sales expertiseProven account management experience in the commercial sectorKnowledge of competition, new cybersecurity technologies, emerging trends (cloud, digital transformation, IIoT, industry, etc.), and country regulations that affect target marketsMaintain a growth‑oriented mindset and experience working in a collaborative environmentCollaborate across functions such as Technical, Marketing, Channel to ensure customer success at all levelsNetwork, create, and build strong senior executive relationshipsExcel at presenting business value proposition and solutions/benefits of complex technology in easy‑to‑understand business languageExperienceMinimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably a few years in the security industryAccount management certification such as SPIN or TAS would be highly regardedSales‑based certificationsSecurity certificationsTrend Micro strives to build an environment of equity and inclusion, which reflects diverse points of view.
